Guys launched a business for exchanging e-scooters in a local city and after internal investor advise shifted the business model to delivering software as a white label product. I was a part of these changes.

Besides admin panel I developed the core mobile app from scratch, tailored it to customer needs, and kept it updated constantly (store screens too). The website and branding are developed by the marketing team.

Mobile Application
The main goal was to create an app design that was easy to develop (react native) and scale. I designed a lot: multiple rides, ride passes, internal wallet, direct payment, referral program, customer feedback form, different types of vehicles.
Goals achieved:
Client app design and store screens in 4 hours;
App design prototype for pre-sale stage in 2 hours;
Agile design system that links core and clients app.
