I joined the guys for a year to help overcome the customer crisis in the lending industry (USA) by changing the pricing model and rebuilding the site for organic traffic.

I worked closely with the support team to change the platform interfaces and reduce the team's operational work with clients. On the other hand, I have rebuilt the site to clearly show all sides of the platform.

Creating from scratch and one update after launch to fix obvious things we missed at the launch. I used Full Story tool to collect user experience and fix on-the-go
Goals achieved:
Client onboarding time was reduced: three months -> two weeks;
Minor interface updates inside the platform and design system;
Rules for scaling the interface on a tablet/mobile phone.
